Our Impact
The ANF Developmental Program stands as a testament to our commitment to fostering excellence and holistic growth among youths of all ages. Our program is meticulously structured, encompassing a year-long series of workouts spanning a minimum of six months, comprising 120 intensive two-hour sessions. These sessions, tailored to focus on hitting, fielding, base-running, strength & conditioning, agility, and mental skills, aim to equip our young members with a comprehensive skill set essential for success in the world of baseball.
The Anfernee Seymour Foundation has been actively hosting camps since 2018, reaching out to various communities in South Florida, Nassau, Bahamas and surrounding family islands. These 2-3 day camps have extended their impact beyond conventional settings, even encompassing outreach to the Boys Industrial School. Through these initiatives, the foundation has sought to empower youth by providing opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and character-building exercises. These events are essential in nurturing the potential of the youth in our communities and equipping them with essential life skills.
Our foundation connect at-risk youth with experienced mentors, including professional baseball and softball players, to provide guidance, motivation, and advice on navigating a career in sports. We Offer workshops to emphasize the importance of balancing academics and sports, providing resources and strategies to help student-athletes succeed in both areas. We equip kids with information about potential career paths within and beyond sports, emphasizing life skills and personal development.
